Tote Repair Services

In addition to full service cleaning through our automated system, Cygnet has the resources to repair and restore your IBC tote container to meet and exceed our customers’ standards.   With our sister company, American Machining, Inc (AMI), we can repair and replace any damaged parts on your stainless steel IBC container.

During the cleaning process, each IBC tank is examined for leaks or damage. If any issues have been detected, all preventative maintenance to that IBC container will be performed to keep it compliant within its pertinent regulations.   After the completion of repairs, the IBC tote is then DOT or UN31A tested based on the containers’ purpose.  An additional cleaning is then conducted to remove any contaminants after it has been repaired and restored. After the completion of repairs, the IBC tote is then DOT and/or UN31A tested for re-certification.  All repairs are performed to 49CFR Federal regulations and will exceed our customers’ expectations.
